In Memoriam

On the morning of Wednesday, July 10th, the Carolina Casuals lost our drummer.

On that day, we posted this message:

"With extremely heavy and broken hearts, we are saddened to inform you our drummer, our friend and our b"rother, John Tomaio, suddenly and unexpectedly passed away this morning.

John, we love you and will miss you forever. We will see you again at the big show. Rest in Peace our brother!
Carolina Casuals family, please keep John's wife, Dianne, his son Jeremmy, and the rest of his family in your prayers.

We ask a special prayer as well for those of us blessed enough to have shared the stage with John in the Carolina Casuals, and for those who shared that blessing in bands from his "earlier" years in Florida, the US Navy, and here in Eastern North Carolina."

Though his drums may have been silenced, the music that was the song of his life will live on in the lives of those fortunate enough to have called him "friend".
